A vision of hope
EMI's vision is to glorify God by offering hope to the spiritually and physically poor.

The purpose of EMI is to mobilize design professionals to put into action Jesus' commission to "go into all the world" by serving the poor through offering their skills to ministries who have a full-time and long term presence for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Serving together we will demonstrate "the kindness of God that leads to repentance."

An EMI project will challenge and stretch your knowledge, technical experience, and skills by applying them within a developing world culture and context. As you walk alongside ministries to prepare a design that puts our client's vision onto paper, you'll be using your gifts and skills to serve the body of Christ worldwide. Your relationship with God will also grow and change as you work in another context and encounter people from another culture.
